Educational Qualification:
01. Manager (Finance) : CA OR ICWA.
02. Assistant Manager (Accounts) : CA OR ICWA.
03. Assistant Manager (Mining) : Degree in Mining Engg./AMIE with Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR, 1961.
04. Assistant Manager (Technical) : Regular Engg. Graduate in Information Technology from a recognized university.
05. Assistant Manager (Chemist) : Regular course in M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
