Educational Qualification:
01. Stenographer Grade-II : Graduation from a UGC recognized University. Diploma/ Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand from ITI/ Polytechnic/ any other institute. Adequate knowledge of official/ local language of the state of Assam.
02. Stenographer Grade-III : Higher Secondary examination from any recognized Board/ Council/ University. Diploma/ Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand from ITI/ Polytechnic/ any other institute. Adequate knowledge of official/ local language of the state of Assam.
