Age Limit & Educational Qualification :
01. Executive Director (Finance): 52 years - The candidate should be a first class graduate with Associate/Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Management Accountants of India with minimum 20 Years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts Division of a reputed organization preferably in public sector, of which at least 10 years at the level of Manager and above.
02. General Manager (R&D): 50 years - The candidate should have First class Masters degree & Ph.D. in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institute with good academic record.
03. Assistant General Manager (HRD): 48 years - The candidate should be a first class graduate with first class MBA degree / PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute.
